Customer is assured the following information:
- company data;
- contacts,
- ordering procedures,
- delivery terms and ways of delivery;
- technical features of the articles;
- terms of payment;
- prices and VAT;
- terms about possible digression from the contract and costs of returning the product.
Ordering procedure
- Contract is made in Slovenian language.
- Order begins when a customer selects »Add to shopping bag« button and countinues with the order confirmation over the phone (customer must give his contact number on which we can reach him). Order is finished when the delivered articles are paid on the customer's address.
Delivery terms and shipping options
- Provider is obligated to deliver the articles in the shortest time possible.
- Delivery terms are different, but articles should arrive a few days after the order confirmation.
- Customer will be informed about the delivery most likely on e-mail or over the phone.
- When ordering the articles it is necessary to state a contact number on which the customer can be reached. Without this the delivery is not possible!
- We only deliver in Slovenia.

Payment methods
- Payment on delivery (cash)
- Money order to bank account number after pro forma invoice (online price is valid).
- Personal acceptance in the shop in Nova Gorica (credit card, cash, moneta).
Digression from the contract
Customer has the right to digress from the contract in 15 days after he received the articles. He has to inform us about it in writing over ordinary mail or e-mail. Articles must not be used or damaged, they must be in the same state as they were when we sent them to him. Online shop gives a full refund in 15 days from the receiving of the articles. Customer is only charged with the costs of returning the articles back to the company's headquarters.
Prices and VAT
- Online shop prices are in euros and already include VAT.
- When buying the prices at the moment of the order confirmation are valid.
Provider does his best to assure up-to-date and accuracy of the data published online. None the less, the characteristics of the articles, their delivery and price can be changed so quickly that provider can't correct data on the website in time. In this case the provider will inform the customer about the changes and give him the chance to cancel the order or to exchange it. Pictures of products are simbolic and do not assure the product's characteristics.
Complaints and disagreements
Provider respects the valid legislation about consumer's protection. Provider is obliged to establish an effictive system about dealing with complaints and has to define a person with whom a customer can communicate if there are any problems. In 5 working days provider will confirm the received complaint and inform the customer how long will it take to deal with it and keep him posted throughout the procedure. Provider is aware that the main characteristic of consumer's disagreement is his disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs made during the solving of the disagreement. This is also the main obstacle that the customer does not launch the disagreement in court. So the provider tries his best to solve the disagreements reasonably.
